Retired from teaching but far from retired in purpose, Randy and Jana wake up each day with a mission: to revolutionize housing for individuals with disabilities and empower real estate investors in the process. Their big, hairy, audacious goal (BHAG) is to tackle the U.S. housing crisis for people with disabilities, creating a lasting impact for generations to come.
With over 70 years of combined experience in education and real estate, Randy and Jana bring a unique perspective to their work.
Randy, a retired music educator, is now a real estate broker, investor, and fund manager. As the designated broker/owner of Investment Housing Specialists, based in Kennewick, Washington, he combines his passion for problem-solving with his expertise in real estate.
Jana, with her deep experience in special education, serves as the financial strategist for their brokerage and syndication business. Her work with people living with disabilities makes her uniquely qualified to spearhead their mission.
